Due to the existing shipping delays and leading into Christmas there can be a delivery delay of up to 10 days. We appreciate your patience and thank you for shopping local to support a Kiwi business.
Kaiser Baas uses NZ Couriers for deliveries. Your parcel will be sent with a tracking number that will be emailed to you when your order has been sent.
NZ North Island:
Standard Shipping: $8. Approx. 3 to 4 business days’ delivery time
Heavy Goods Shipping: $22
NZ South Island:
Standard Shipping: $8. Approx. 5 to 7 business days’ delivery time
Heavy Goods Shipping: $24
CHRISTMAS CUT OFF DATES:
For North Island pre-Christmas delivery, please place your order by midday Thursday 19th December.
For South Island pre-Christmas delivery, please place your order by midday Wednesday 18th December.
Please note: If there is no one available to receive the parcel the courier will leave a card with pick up information. The parcel can then be picked up at the local post office during their normal opening hours.
Our returns policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.
Returning a Posted Item
For returns, submit a ticket via our helpdesk to log your return and receive our Return Authorisation number. Then, just post the item by return mail along with your proof of purchase to our online store team at:
Upon receipt of your return, we will process the warranty claim.
We will not be able to refund you for the products that are purchased from a retailer store. We only process the refund for the products that are purchased through kaiserbaas.com online store.
Returns by mail can take 2 weeks minimum to process and we will notify you by email.
